REFUNDS FOR

LIVE PROGRAMS

 

We do not refund fees paid for a live program.

​

In the event the Academy cancels or postpones a scheduled live program the enrollee will have full credit for the amount paid toward any future program offered within 12 months of the cancelled or postponed program.

REFUNDS FOR BOOKS & RECORDED PROGRAMS

or other tangible products

​

No refunds on tangible products (books, CDs, thumbdrives, etc.)

if -

1. The product is delivered to purchaser within 30 days of order, OR

2. Held in the purchaser's possession for more than 72 hours.

NO RIGHT TO DISTRIBUTE OR RE-SELL

Unless specified otherwise, all materials provided as books, seminar materials, webinars, interviews, written opinions, or similar forms are owned by the Morgan King Company and may not be distributed or sold without the company's consent.
