The site we posted was BankruptcyInformation.com. However, we immediately received the following e-message from one of our readers: “Just a heads-up - I checked this site (bankruptcyinformation.com). I found that the Arizona list was at least 3 years out of date: homestead $150,000; vehicle $5,000; cash surrender value of life insurance, major change in annuity/life insurance - just to name a few. This is the only list I checked, in that I practice exclusively in Arizona. In that you have promoted this site as one of the "116 Best" you might want to warn your readers. The site that I use for exemptions is www.bankruptcyaction.com. This lists all state exemptions. The exemptions for Arizona are correct at that site, I would hope that the other states are too.
