DAY 1 - DISCHARGING TAXES UNDER
BAPCPA Based on his updated book on
the subject, featured presenter Morgan King brings you up to
date on critical changes to this remedy for delinquent taxes
imposed by BAPCPA. He'll walk you through the "new basics,"
and then focus in on hidden traps for the unwary. The whole subject will be
covered, including discharging taxes in chapter 7 &
chapter 13, tolling events, issues presented by tax liens,
using and understanding tax transcripts, and other related
issues. A REVIEW OF THE BASICS OF
DISCHARGE ON
DISCHARGING TAXES . . . the
course was excellent and would take it again and bring my
associate. Of course we would prefer to have it in the
East, but I did enjoy San Francisco and the restaurant that
you recommended. -
