This may include related issues such as the effect of tax liens, expiration of statutes of limitations, appeal rights and etc. NOTE: Additional fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the matters.

STEP 3. Fax any relevant tax transcripts, notices of lien, notices of levy, or other similar documents to Morgan King at (925) 829-7262.

 STEP 4. OPTIONAL: If you expect there will be a need for Mr. King to contact the relevant tax entity directly, fax an IRS power-of-attorney, signed by your client, to Mr. King at (925) 829-7262.

EXPERT WITNESS EVALUATION AND TESTIMONY FOR MALPRACTICE CASES
